the car has only 1 seat?

should've have made it center cockpit or whatever...better(more even) aerodynamics.

Good idea, but you would be sitting on top of the drive shaft.

instead of a rear view mirror, they shuld've just installed a camera like in that new infinity...

As mentioned, the driveshaft is in the way. The seat could be placed there but it'd be much much higher.
