Why do i get that feeling? It goes away after im done though.

I'm not the only one, a couple of my buddies get the same feeling too.

anybody know the science behind this mind-boggling phenomenon?

must be one of the 400 chemical that is in butties.

I have a e ciggarette for bedtime smokes and other time i dunt want to stink up the place, its nicotine flavouring and pg. Don't have the need to shit feeling when i got high tech, so its not nicotine. 1 down 399 to go

On a side note, anyone remember the good old days when you could have a smoke after a great meal and just sit there and reflect on how good your food was? :sigh

Those are the worst shits ever. Add any 24 hour restaurant food to the Beers/booze that goes with that shit. Usually I crave a coffee after a night of heavy drinking, but once I finish that coffee with my smoke its off to the shitter with the Sunday Province Newspaper. I will read that thing front to back.

the reason is smoking relaxes your muscles, your entire system. notice before the smoke, if you're fiening, you're all tensed up? your digestive system is all tensed up too, meaning your metabolism is slow. once you puff on that nicotine, your system eases up, and your digestive system books the poo train and it goes choo choo down your digestive system until the last stop: toilet
