As far as i know, an EK9 is actually 99-00.

I've got a 97 hood will fit 96-98 civic
red in color, a few rock chips but no exposed metal
its got a bunch of stickers on it, that can be removed if you like
its been clay bared and waxed, i have acually used it as my head bored for the last year.
i'll try to get pictures, i can also deliver.

fun fact! hood will fit inside of a EK hatch with the chairs folded down :D

Wrong, the acurate description of "EK9" is the 99-00 Civc Type R.

I don't mean to be an ass, or go off topic, but EK9 describes ALL (pre and post face-lift) first generation CTR's, and no other Civic models.

EM1 is 2000 Si
all i know is that he has a 96 civic
and a 96-98 will fit
99-00 will not fit
