winter or all season
must be in good shape....

You're pretty much stuck looking for Sumitomo HTR 200 unless you can find the odd Pirelli or Yoko and those are usually either track tires or something outdated.

Pretty sure there won't be much at all in terms of winter tires in those sizes.
