Asian TV Show, What does this mean?
So after a brown tv show, channel 119 is left on. As I happen to glance up there is a Dentist Ad on a Chinese(?) tv show. They kept repeating "Yi pa pa pa" Just wondering what it means.

Sounds like they might be repeating the numbers "1-888"
