What sort of feedback are you looking for? I've ordered from them, fast shipping and no issues.

There's Canadian Zappos (http://canada.zappos.com/) but the selection is more limited than the US zappos.

I don't think you can purchase from the US site. You can only purchased from the CDN site and the CDN has a lot of shoes missing compared to the US site.

do you mean they won't accept CDN credit cards or they just don't ship to Canada?

the canadian one doesn't even have clothes, i was looking at the Rasts from the US site...

Great Customer Service, Quick Shipping and excellent refund procedure. Pre-paid postage when you need to refund something. Overall for an online shopping experience ... 10/10

canada.zappos.com

you can order here. but note all prices are in USD. They only charge $10 USD for ground shipping to Canada, but remember that the items are shipped from the US into Canada, so you'll still have to pay taxes and duties.

thanks for the heads up

unfortunately not even considering the canadian site because there's no clothing on it.

shipping to US then bringing it across is a better option imo.

Do they calculate duties for you as well or do you have to pay when it arrives? Thanks :D

well i just ordered a pair of trues from them shipped to the states.

it's weird though because it gave me the option of:

1-business day shipping - FREE!
and
Standard shipping (4-5 business days - FREE!

but when i looked into the FAQ the 1-business day shipping is $25 ... contradictory.

went with the standard shipping just in case since i'm not in a rush anyways. They've got some great prices

I've only ever bought from them once. I picked standard shipping and they "upgraded" me to 1 business day shipping. I suspect they do that for everyone to give them the warm fuzzy feeling that they're getting a good deal.

Their customer service is really good, and if you don't like the pair, just call them up, and have them send another pair to you. (they'll ship you the next pair before you mail yours back, but they'll only let you have 2 pairs out at any one time).

However, I don't know if I'd buy from Zappos again unless I can "test" it out first. Shoes (as well as clothes) are one of those things that really require you try them out first. For myself, I find I've got somewhat of an odd body shape and I can't just go by "size" ratings.

just saw zappos.com featured on Oprah. They provided Oprah a boutique full of shoes and bags and stuff for her audience.

Must be good if it's on Oprah!

just got my order in, tried it with a pair of trues.

Fast shipping so no problems there, product was as described but didn't come with tags like revolveclothing does . .
