The GT-R has a drag coefficient of .27 while a bike has a drag co-efficient of .65.

This means that bikes will always lose out in the top end when their engines get overcomed by drag.

The Busa rider isg etting terrible launches. He should be way out in front of the car until 250 plus. There are speed limiter override packages availaible that will bypass the 187 mph top speed too. Saying all that...what a couple of complete idiots they are doing this in traffic.
