Stunning photos of China

By stunning, I mean it in a bad way. Hopefully this is already rock bottom and wont go any lower.

Can you imagine... going there to work for 2 years and get cancer right after? The medical bills probably exceeds the wage made.

my point was.. some places in china are clean. I was trying to point out that not all of China was that polluted for those who has never been to China.

take a look at Zhong Jiang. That place is pretty clean, even though the water is not as clean as the water here.

you measure a country to its poorest place not the most developed cities like Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen.

what those picture shows is that China still has a long way to go before truly becoming a real global power house despite what the GDP might say

I'm sure the U.S. and Europe were probably similarly filthy when they were industrializing; we just weren't around to see it then. China's probably worse though with all the fucked up chemicals that have been invented since then.

China is disgusting, and this is just one of the many ways.

But in other ways, it's an amazing, beautiful country.

Which is what makes me so sad

I would rather live in skid row off the streets with welfare and social service than in the chemical dump knowing I will get cancer within 2 years.
