yupp,regular halogen. but they look amazing! They are.. i believe 60-65W but they advertise that they look like 80w. I have a set of 9005 for my DLR/Highbeams and they look great! I was going to use these as fogs but i went with jdm fogs to cut back on the cost of yellow bulbs. LOL

This is the only picture i could find that actually looks similar. All the other pics look like a dull yellow but pictures don't do justice.
