apparently people started buying tickets a month before the movie came out.. just heard this from a friend.

pretty sure they're gona play it for more than 2 weeks since its generating so much money. that whole 2 week scheme was a good way to get all the consumers all hyped up about it.

I just saw it yesterday!

I enjoyed it, i've never seen MJ perform ever, so watching it was pretty cool, it's like 1 big MTV.

I went to Richmond Center to watch it, absolutely no line ups. Crappier theatre though, but whatever. I figured this movie is going to be big so I won't wanna go to Silvercity Riverport/Metropolis.

My take on the movie is that this is one big tribute to MJ. It was pretty entertaining. He performed most of his greatest hits, Beat It, Billie Jeans, Man in The Mirror, Thriller, etc. I will say one thing, the man can dance. I never watched any of his performances before so this was quite mindblasting. :D

What was disappointing for me though was that (probably intentional) they did not show MJ's signature dance moves, the Moonwalk and the Anti-Gravity Lean. :( Probably have to wait for the DVD to watch it in the "Never before seen footage" section.

Watched it yesterday at 10:00 at metro, amazing movie, got their 1 hour early and it was still packed...

Watching this movie, you will realize how much effort MJ puts in his performance...

Amazing man, RIP King of pop.

Also, decided to buy his CD from the movie today as well.

watched it yesterday in richmond. it was busy but it wasnt packed like i expected

the man is kind of an insane genius of music. hes a perfectionist and i never knew how much hands-on he was in the creation of his concerts. you get to see how much work he actually puts into it. its mindblowing and i respect him even more now that ive seen this movie

very entertaining
