i liked final fantasy for its gameplay and im pretty sure most people like god of war for the unique story and gameplay as well. maybe if i had hd graphics for my ps3 i would care a lot more about graphics but i dont so yeah. besides dont hate on ff dude lol its legendary.

I have the demo sitting on my PS3 right now, I'll go play it later today. I'll let everyone know if the OP is right about the graphics, but more importantly, whether GoW III is any good.

As for the graphics, yeah this is the E3 tech demo from 5 months ago, so I wouldn't put too much weight into that. So just forget about that, and enjoy the damn demo ;)

Pretty much every single game on consoles will be 720p or less (usually less, especially on PS3). There are exceptions for some downloadable games like Wipeout, but that's about it.

Of course the demo isn't 1080p, no games are 1080p except for very few exceptions. Very rarely are they even natively 720p.

If you are going to complain whenever a game isn't 1080p, throw your PS3 away and buy a PC.

The only 1080p 60fps native games are GT5P and WipeoutHD that's pretty much it
even games with stellar graphics (Batman AA, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2) are all 720p

Actually Killzone 2 renders at 640p, and none of those games use AntiAliasing (Batman on XBOX 360 uses 2xAA). And they all run at 30fps,

God of War III looks like native 720p with no AA, and appears to be running at 60 fps most of the time. This build is almost half a year old though, so I'm sure the final product will be improved.
