for me theres multiple reasons:
Cagers are alot less on the lookout in the winter months
I dont find riding in the rain as enjoyable, dealing with fogged visors
The routes that I like taking all have wet leaves on the ground now
I have a car insured as well so why bother?

If you got stands, put the bike on them so you don't get a flat spot on your tires. Otherwise, occasionally roll your bike to move where the tire contacts the ground to prevent the flat spots.

If your bike is stored outside, plug the exhaust and air intakes so no bugs get inside over the winter months. :thumbsup:

I am on non-rainy days. Fingers are numb by the time I get to work in the morning. And I need to pack an extra jacket and shoes in my already full backpack because I can't wear motorcycle gear all day. Despite the ridiculous price of a givi top box I might suck it up next season and finally get one.

Unfortunately it seems I only get to ride when commuting to/from work and places I need to be. Not a lot of time to ride for pleasure and the poor bike just sits there on weekends. You could join some of the BCSB rides to satisfy your cravings. I did that frequently last summer.
