10/10 condition, still has the protective seals on it, black, lifetimer 208:24. Comes with box and everything that came with the box as far as i know, charger, sd, manuals, cd, misc cables. The phone was bought new in hong kong in summer of 2008. It was used for about 3 days, but it would keep freezing. Then I got an iphone from rogers and this has been sitting until last week. I took the phone to JP cellular repair about the freezing problem, and it is fixed, he also updated the firmware.
