Guys some of my freinds that have been in Costco lately told me this news. Lately Costco have a big shipment of this R&R jeans


Any Idea why..... it should be "Digitally Mastered in USA".... should be fake?

But I know Costco in NYC do sell designer's jeans like R&R, TR's, COH's and more. But once I got the news confirmed I will let you know asap....

BTW if the news is correct I do hope that the washes that they sell are nice not just STD washes (Sold To Discount Washes). I rather buy on Urban Behavior if that's the case.

Ye if someone could take a picture that would be great.... But in my own opinion the way R&R did that kinda thing lower thier standard on the designers world. Like D&G they don't have any recession pair even they are in the business for a long time. I guess its Michael Ball strategy and I wouldn't be surprise that someday R&R would be like guess...

Costco in N/A is for cheaps, don't buy designer stuff there... They get manufacturers to produce really low cost for them due to the volume.

On the other hand, I've seen premium stuff like Bottega Veneta leather goods, Cartier and Hermes watches in Costco Taiwan... all made in their respectful origins (no cheap stuff, just the same thing without official endorsement)

There's a running thread on RedFlagDeals about these jeans. I don't buy brand names just for the sake of having a brand name, but if I'm going to spend $100, why would I spend that money on a 'halfway' product?

If you want proper R&R jeans, you're better off getting into the sample sale circuit, or paying a visit to Winners. I've seen R&R's at Winners in the $129-150 range.

I've never been to Nordstrom Rack, but the Winners on Robson carries the premium stuff (i.e. made in USA). Judging from the tags and washes, they certainly aren't the 'recession label' stuff.

Mind you, you have to be lucky to pick up a pair because when they get them in, they're gone before the weekend. (Hint: shipments come in on Thursdays)

i just hit up the Langley costco.... they have 4 styles, all womens, 3 are light blue: one with purple r's, another with blue r's, and the others were white r's. The other pair are the ones posted, dark blue, thick gold r. I said fuck-it and bought a pair of the darks, only issue is the front pockets are tiny, just means i need to throw the wallet in the back pocket, no big deal...btw the biggest size i could find were 31's. And i picked up the only dark blue 31's....for 100 i'm satisfied, but imo the dark ones are the only ones worth buying.....light blue's were nothing special.....

Just so everyone knows, Costco also carried Sevens, TR and Diesel too. At least last year when I looked. All real, but all old style and thats why they're so cheap.
