Wrapped in black vinyl, made out of 3/4" MDF. See measurements on first pic. 7" cutout on the top ring, which screws into the main panel, designed for an 8" speaker. I have a set of Cadence 8" coaxial speakers in storage somewhere, if anyone is interested in buying them, for $25, or you could cut a ring with a smaller hole and put a set of 5 1/4" or 6.5" speakers in there. These were made for my Landcruiser, but I mismeasured and did not leave clearance for the door sills. Be sure to account for this when measuring, otherwise your doors will not close properly..... lol. Free, pickup in the Langley/Cloverdale area. PM me.
