For those who traveled to Japan, especially in tokyo should have seen this guys face in EVERY police station post and around bulliten boards... he was wanted for killing an american but has been hiding for the past 3 years.

Last month they did some updates of him having plastic surgery and being a drag queen to avoid being caught..

but today they caught him :thumbsup:

he has been staying in love hotels and all sorts of places hiding. He did plastic surgery (cheek implants, lips) not too long ago..

don't you have to show id/passport to do that? immigration would get him... and with all the plastic surgery i'm guessing any photo id he has is useless as well.
