| Tatsuya Ichihashi arrested in Osaka
For those who traveled to Japan, especially in tokyo should have seen this guys face in EVERY police station post and around bulliten boards... he was wanted for killing an american but has been hiding for the past 3 years.
Last month they did some updates of him having plastic surgery and being a drag queen to avoid being caught..
but today they caught him 
probably not such big news, but i always saw his picture when i went to japan

He looked more neanderthal-like with his modifications. Different brow, more prominent forehead, fixed lips and chin.

supposedly he worked at gay bars in shinjuku to earn $ and to hide from cops.
he has been staying in love hotels and all sorts of places hiding. He did plastic surgery (cheek implants, lips) not too long ago..
