When my plan was about to expire they kept calling me about renewing my subscription and the best they could offer me was $14.99 for 3 months, originally it was for 1 month. Other than that, they didn't budge on the long term plans. They might, but in my case i was going to cancel regardless, so you might be able to get them to give you a discount. Hope this helps.

They offered us somekind of deal last year as well, I just lost the mail they sent me and Sirius over the phone doesn't want to do anything about it. Oh well..
