Hey!
I'm thinking of selling my beloved S5 TurboII due to purchasing a condo... can't bear to pay $100/month storage over and above insurance for a car I drive once every few weekends. I have owned this car for about 6 years, and had another FC RX-7 for the 4 years before that and even a first gen in there at some point for 6 months. It has been meticulously maintained and built up by Shane formerly of SNK'S Race It in Richmond, dyno tuned by Marco at ForceFed. I love this car but it' probably time for it to go.
I have always tried to keep this car in the best condition possible. Washed weekly, detailed often... replaced trim pieces and plastic lenses just because of weathering, etc. Every receipt for parts, service or tuning while owned by me has all been documented and is included with the sale of the car. Also many stock parts from the modifications all included. AFM, intake pieces, stock exhaust, wheels, etc.

1990 RED Mazda Rx-7 TurboII (Series 5) 169k kilometres, 5 speed manual transmission, ABS, Alarm, power everything, CD. No major accidents. Not an import or rebuild.

Performance/Tuning:
Built by Shane @ SNK’S Race It – microtech wired directly to engine, not spliced into harness.
Dyno tuned by Marco @ Forcefed. 12psi -240RWHP, 240tq. (dyno print outs included)
Ran 14.9 ¼ mile stock, 13.2 ¼ mile with current modifications. Only raced at Mission twice.
Bad:
-Leaks small amount of coolant from bottom of BRAND NEW Koyo Aluminum rad (I’ve been lazy….just needs to be tightened, locktite put on threads). Right now, I just add a little coolant mixture once a month.
-2 front speakers under dash currently removed, but new in box Alpine replacements included with sale. Just need to install. The other 4 speakers in the car are all Alpine units replaced recently.
-Leather on seats dry and cracking in some places.
-Will not aircare with current exhaust. I use loophole to insure, you may want to switch exhaust every year, up to you.
Good:
-The car is already ridiculously quick, but is only a bigger turbo/intercooler away from being a low 12 second car. Reliably too!
- Paint in great condition. No rust!
- Great looking interior.
- Rebuilt engine right before I bought it. Still running super strong!
- Recently replaced aluminum rad, clutch master, differential mount, water pump, throttle cable and countless hoses/belts.
- Carfax and ICBC report included.
- Only ~169k kilometers, Canadian car... not a RHD JDM import.
- Will put a smile on your face every time you drive it!
Not interested in facilitating test pilots unless you are serious about the car. I really really want this car to go to the right person... someone who won't drift it into a pole hopefully. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer... Thanks for looking! Email for more pics.
