Nu Glass Update
As per a request I got, the following are pics of my windshield that has been treated with Nu Glass, but only one side finished with Rain Science Rain Clear.

This side has been treated with Nu Glass, but no Rain Science. Its clean, but the rain reacts like it normally would.


This side has also been treated with Rain Science Rain Clear. Note how small the water beads are. This actually makes it possible to drive around at low speeds whilst using the wipers very minimally.

Cool!

I use DG105 on my windows and it has the same effect as rain science!

Could be the wipers too though??

PIAA are silcone treated and help repell/bead water.

I just installed a pair of PIAA silicone wipers, the water will actually bead pretty well without treating the glass with any other products.

Lordco is having a sale on PIAA wipers right now. $18.99 each!

The PIAA wipers are treated with silicone which in turn leaves some on the windshield to accomplish pretty much the same thing.

I would say these wipers are pretty damn good for value. (even better value when its on sale )

Although I've been noticing something about them. They wipe very clean but they leave a sort of temporary haze on the windsheild that goes away in like 1 or 2 seconds after wiping it. Kinda like the fog thats on the inside. Any ideas why it is like this?

I believe its just because of the film it leaves behind. A client of mine had them and they did it as well.
