Today was especially bad since they closed down a major section to work on it. But yeah no3 is always bad I tend to avoid it if I can.

i drove by it just now heading on alderbridge heading towards the tim hortons, it looked fine and it was raining

avoid richmond altogether on sat and sun afternoons, its a hot mess, more traffic than rush hour weekdays
