I saw this last night. Cops had the entire section of Bridgeport closed off from the intersection back about 300m. You could pass through going westbound, but they weren't letting anyone through eastbound. I had to detour and come around through Ikea to get onto the Knight St. Bridge.

Curious if anyone knows what really happened, etc.

Chuck Norris was minding his own business when he got cut off by a C-lai who coincidentally forgot to signal. At the same time, a different C-Lai going in the opposing direction was highbeaming him. This caused him to throw a tantrum. He gathered his Reiatsu, went SSJ4 and Falcon Punched a parked truck.

That is the aftermath.
