| Putin Da Hip in "Hip Hop"
Vladimir Putin. Yeah, that supposedly bad-ass Russian who dabbles in world leadership, black-belt judo and shirtless river fishing.
He was on a show handing out awards and promoting hip hop culture as an alternative to the drugs and crime out there. Hmm. If the stuff I've previously posted from English Russia in the "Fucked up shit that makes you laugh" thread and elsewhere show....that doesn't seem to be the case. But whatever floats your ekranoplan, boss. He gives the thumbs up to being G! Quote:
“I have to say that young people involved in these arts in our country give them their own Russian charm,” Putin said in televised remarks Friday night. “Because rap ... is being filled with social content, discusses problems of the youth.”
Putin did not technically rap – but he did deliver his speech clutching a mike to the backdrop of a hip-hop groove. He clapped his hands while listening to the rappers, standing by the stage with the show's mostly teenage audience.
Rappers meanwhile sang Putin's praises and declared they would welcome the chance to record a track with the Russian Prime Minister, who has cultivated a bad boy image over the years with cutting wisecracks and occasional rude language.

Considering Putin was a fucking spy for 15 years with the KGB, stationed in East Germany for counter-intelligence..and Obama is a lawyer...I'd say on a scale of 1-10, Putin is a Bond villian.
