When you get pulled over and the constable takes your license, what information do they see?
do they get previous traffic violation records and whether you disputed them?
previous criminal records?
previous "note" on file that wasnt a criminal charge?
They usually run your name as well as your driving history, which doesn't take long at all.
Almost every time you've given your name to the police it'll show up, even if you were just the complainant, a person of interest etc.
