| Korean/Japanese/Chinese Attitudes to Premarital Sex?
What are typical Korean/Japanese/Chinese girl's (non-Canadian born) attitudes towards sex?
I dated a Chinese girl once and she was very immature when it came to anything intimate at all and I didn't even want to think of how she would be about sex. So in general, what is the attitude of each of these nationalities? Is pre-marital sex OK, and if so, how long is a normal waiting period for each?
I realize it's impossible to make a sweeping generalization about any group, but I do think it's possible to make some general rules of thumb!

I think for any parents general rule of thumb, they would prefer their daughters to hold off on sex until marriage--no matter the culture. But of course, that is impossible at this day in age.
As for if it's okay or not, it's hard to say. Sex is something that is up to the person, not because of the "culture." For the girl that you dated that was "immature" towards anything intimate....I'd like to know what defines "immature?" Maybe she's just not ready for a commitment like that, maybe she's a firm believer in saving herself for marriage. But if she's going to be judged for not giving it up to you..then perhaps we got bigger problems here.

I remember way back in the days of the sex advice LJ, you'd get girls asking seriosuly fucked up questions about multiple-somes and some crazy kinky shit...but then also say "his thingie" because they couldn't actually TALK about that shit despite the fact they were the sluttiest sluts who ever slutted.
Fact is sex is fucked up, people are hypocritical and standards don't come only in single and double, they also come multi-faceted.
