Spot Sanding pen

I have a few small chips in the paint that I'd like to prep. Does anyone know of where I would be able to pick up a Spot Sanding pen? These are pens with fibreglass strands for removing surface rust on chips before priming. I've read on lots of forums that you can buy the 3M pen at Walmart, but alas only the US stores carry this product.
Any help would be appreciated!

ya, CT site is crap and don't show their entire stock
go to a store and go find it yourself. dont even bother asking the people working there cause they are all retarded.

The tip is pretty thick so depending on the spot it may be useless, but beats sand paper I guess.
