Shame on his parents. The dad is telling him to wink at the camera and hold up a finger saying he's number one. His parents forced all of this on him at such a young age.

DOnt know if the muscle is normal at that age, but all gymnastics atheletes start at that age. Nothing special there. He could have gained all that muscle from gym class. His skills match his strength.
