i think he landed on the wet lawn so it shoulda been softer. they carted him off on a strecher, and not a body bag, so at least he's alive.

Depends how you land. I fell just over 20 feet and landed flat on my back on gravel. I didn't have any lingering injuries, concussion (this was in the 80's and was classified a 7 day headache) and a sore leg. I was only 11 or 12 years old I don't know if that helped or not. If my kid climbs on the neighbors roof with his friends I'm going to hit him with a belt.

he went over on that pointy bit on the right. landed in the neighbors yard. note the distance from the bottom of the firetruck to that point on the roof above the two small windows.
