I got a few zara ones, the quality is pretty nice but the fit is more euro styled. so its really tight on the waist, but the material used is good.
A|X, diesel, and hollister also have good quality/fitted v-necks. Hollister actually fits really nice and the material is kind of thick which makes it really comfortable.

The best v neck shirt I have is my jockey v neck I purchased from the Bay almost 2 years. Amazing quality and fit but the shirt has lost it's fit because it's old. The Bay still carries them and they're about $25 each.

I'd say Zara too, slim or super slim cut if you got the body to show off
