needs nothing, rust is still in early stages and only on one quarter... clean car

So instead of repeating that it needs a muffler you said something completely different? Saying it "needs nothing" is pretty much the opposite of "needs a muffler". I'm sure you're not trying to cheat anyone, that was just a bit confusing.
