Recommend me a Shower Head

So I don't like the shower-head we have now since it's non-detachable and it only has one setting and it makes the water pretty soft and slow...I would rather have a massage-feature or at least pressurized so it doesn't take forever to shower...
Does anyone have any suggestions for a good detachable shower-head that has numerous settings on it? Preferably under $100 if it's possible.
Thanks

Check the pressure on your taps (or look at the boiler) and if they are slow you won't have high pressure anywhere in the house, no matter the shower head! However, some shower heads have a built in restriction (usually a piece of plastic) that you can pull out to restore a full flow -- perhaps worth it on your current shower head.
If all else fails, buy a pump for your water system to increase pressure.

Noob question, how do you check the pressure on the taps?
