so if your old work place invites you out for lunch with their new director - do you go?
i left the co. on good terms, and still talk to the bosses. however, it seems that i'm the only one that is invited that is not currently working for the org.
whats the ethical thing to do?

the place their going for lunch is a few doors down from where i work..

Oh, then I think their intentions are just as a friendly invitation. It seems you are very close of them and they probably thought, "Oh, lets invite *tiger_handheld's real name* to the lunch that we're having seeing as he helped us out a lot":)
If thats the case then I wouldn't mind going. Its like a get together.
go and throw bills around like ur ballin so they think you're cool.

:lol. I'd go, even if they try to get you back, the choice is up to you in the end so it doesnt hurt to be taken out

i dont' see any problem with the situation at all...??
Unless the company you are working for is in direct and fierce competition with them, it sounds like just normal business socializing

Dilemma (Greek δί-λημμα "double proposition") is a problem offering at least two solutions or possibilities, of which none are practically acceptable
