I've got Dexter Season 4 on my computer and I want to watch it on a DVD player, such as the PS3, to watch each episode like a DVD with menus and screen caps etc.

All the video files are currently in AVI format, if that helps.

What program would be best to do this? I have access to a Mac and a PC. TIA.

You need to get a DVD authoring program (like Nero). Make sure you specify that you want to burn a DVD. Some programs have the option of letting you make your own Menu and such. Also not all programs will convert the files to the correct format for you so you may need to download something else to convert. google is your friend.
