just wondering about how much should i pay if i were to purchase
a 92 civic hatchback DX (auto)

the odometer reads at 179xxxkm but when i looked up aircare it was at
193xxx km?

theres some rust on the quarter panel..

that means rolled back odometer, which subsequently means stay away as the owner is not honest. who knows what the seller is hiding.
