Lined up today for 3 fucking hours, got there and was like ...:rolleyes: this is it?

-shit thrown by the walls for you to dig through
-stained clothing, looks like someone jizzed coke on them
-damaged clothing, like seriously damaged fucking holes all over the place
-90% of the sizes were L/XL/2XL
-lining up for 3 hours -.-
-cramped as fuck
-unhelpful staff
-People trying out clothes in the middle of nowhere

FUCK! waste of my afternoon, prices were good but couldn't buy anything,
Don't expect anything like those Aritzia warehouse sales, its not half as organized and expect to feel like shit.

I stay away from big event sales. Especially clothes. Too packed, everything's XL or larger, which is why it's on sale. Unless you're a big fatass, there's no reason to go.

and btw, the aritzia sale isn't even that great to begin in. stopped going 3 years ago because i rather just buy the sale items at the stores. might not have as much selection, but i rather save my sanity than fight with 100 crazy bitches.

Went with a friend 2 years ago because she wasn't too fond of walking around gastown by herself. and it was pretty okay just tagging along, the changing rooms were kinda fucked up but I didn't see any "fighting". I don't know about the selection but it was definitely more organized and my friends did manage to buy something even though I spent most of my time standing around a fucking pole. at least they didn't have any 3 hour line up when I went and there weren't many if any clothes on the ground.

^Bring NDS, cell phone, warm drinks in a thermos, warm clothing, ipod? maybe a stool, etc. and a big bag, they'll coatcheck it for you. Lining up is okay because it moves a few meters every 20 mins because they open the door let a few people in and then close it again. You can go if you have that much free time, but I can almost guarantee you won't see anything half decent...

Oh and be ready to be blocking yourself from hipsters left right and centre

its pretty obvious why the line was moving so slow, the selection was so fail ppl had to just dig and dig to find something to get or else they would have waited in line for no reason
