Do they normally ask you your 3 digit security number at the back of the card?
I was just going through credit line increase and she asked me for mine.
I thought that number, no one was suppose to know except for me...
?
Thanks

They ask you so they know that you physically have the card.

this reminds me of a time when i left my card at a retail shop. i went back a few days lter to get it. they asked me for i.d., which i didnt have on me.
i said, 'i know the last four digits are 8134"
she says "nope"
i said "ok, the expiry date is 2010"
she says "nope"
i said "the security code on the back is 834"
she says "nope"
i said "just give me the fucking card"
she says "ok, here"

I could totally guess your number wouldn't take me more then 999 guesses.
