Hi guys!! can anyone recommend me a good auto detailing shop!? I want to get rid of some orange pile paints on my car. the orange pile paints on my car are driving me nuts, is not very visible, but i can see it from a certain angle and it is very annoying. i did a little searching online, seems the best solution to get rid of the orange pile paints is by wet sanding. so i need you guys to help me find a good detailing shop. PS. cause i got my car repainted at AK autoworks a year ago, does anyone know their warranty? will they fix it for me for free? Thanks

If it is an ICBC claim, I believe you have 3 years... otherwise you will have to check out the fine prints on the invoice if you were dealing privately with the bodyshop

also, as far as I understand it, orange peel has to be taken care of by wet sanding before clear coat goes on. Polishing the clear will only do so much.

I'm not sure if Ken @ Autowerkes is willing to do it, I sure as hell don't want to. But give Ken a message, only way to get rid of orange peel is a full wet-sand and then followed by a polish.

Morgan at Takeda Racing can take care of it, I had a pretty bad orange peel problem when I repainted the car. He wet sanded and polished it out, now most of it was gone. I can definately vouch for him.
