I'm looking for a GPS around $100-140 range.
I'm thinking:
Garmin nuvi 205 GPS
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=13224864#Specifications

or

Garmin nuvi 265T
http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11326144&search=gps&Mo=20&cm_re=1_en-_-Top_Left_Nav-_-Top_search&lang=en-US&Nr=P_CatalogName:BC&Sp=S&N=5000043&whse=BC&Dx=mode+matchallpartial&Ntk=Text_Search&Dr=P_CatalogName:BC&Ne=4000000&D=gps&Ntt=gps&No=0&Ntx=mode+matchallpartial&Nty=1&topnav=&s=1

Which one should I get? Thanks!

if the first one doesn't speak the street names, buy the second one

GPS's are useless without text-to-speech street names, how sure can you be of 800m?

800m would be .8 on your trip meter.
