i know some people get stuck in a repetitive rut for the most important meal of the day; or just skip it altogether. i figure this thread may help with that.
i'll be having an omellete w/polish sausage and mushrooms. also a slice of toasted raisin bread.
what are you having? any input is always appreciated

You scramble eggs and add cheddar cheese.

Ham you buy at the supermarket.

you sound hopeless, so step by step:

buy ham/bacon anywhere... or breakfast sausages, hot dogs, spam, etc....
beat eggs with a bit of milk in a small bowl.
get a pan hot on medium-high heat, put a little cooking oil in, cook the meat.
you'll know when its ready. wipe some grease off the pan and burnt bits with a paper towel (or just use 2 pans if you're not lazy to clean but i am).
teaspoon of butter on the pan, put the egg mixture in, turn and lightly scramble it every 10 seconds until its no longer runny. when almost done, add some shredded cheese and turn a few more times. add salt and pepper before or after cooking. easy! dont forget to turn off the stove. lol

usually a couple fried eggs on toast, sometimes I'll make bacon or just grab some sandwich meat and have it on the side. Tall glass of milk. It all takes less than 10 minutes including clean up and eating if I'm in a rush.

When I have no time I eat one of those quaker sweet and salty bars. They aren't very healthy but they are delicious and tide me over until lunch.

Days when I have time I like to make crepes. Very simple recipe, I usually have two pans going at once so it doesn't take so long. Spread some nutella or peanut butter on.

I used to just have a couple pieces of toast, but lately I've been having toast with an egg and some turkey bacon.

Today I added a muffin to that :D
