Its been over a month now and i have yet to receieve mine. my emails get replied with an automated answer and when i call Digital River (ultimatesteal site supplier) 1-877-248-1380, i get some foreign bullshit language msg and then silence.... how can i do?

it took about 6 weeks for mine to come, def over a month. Ordered back in Mid Oct and got it just before exams started late late Nov/beginning of Dec

I just bought the DL version, and converted it to an ISO using a single command line. Saved some money, got Windows right away :D

i emailed them again and was told it will be resent and i should expect it in 1-2weeks.
i also have DL, and a w7 iso but i just wanted a genuine disc.

It will be no more genuine than your DL version on a burned disc, but OK ;)
