| UBC B-Lot Parking
Hello,
Starting next semester I am taking night classes(6-9pm) and will be driving to UBC after work.
Can someone tell me where the B-Lots are?
I read that those are the only places that offer $5/all day parking.
Also, which parkages offer that after 5pm parking price of $5(?)
Thanks |

At 6pm I'd just park free on Marine or at least try to see if there's parking. Angus shouldn't be too far away.

Thanks | I only park at this b lot
It is right behind the thunderbird parkade http://maps.google.ca/maps?hl=en&sou...-8&sa=N&tab=wl
its at the intersection of Westbrook mall and Agronomy road
Sometimes it can be hard to find parking space
but since your class starts at 6, it shouldnt be too hard.
There is one more b lot around the one I showed you btw. You should find it easily.
and yes its 5 bucks for all day basically
it takes coins and credit cards
the only down side about b lot parking is that it is kinda far from sub area
so unless you are in Forestry or Science, it will take you a while to walk to Sub area buildings.

There are B-Lots all around Thunderbird parkade basically the area bordered by Wesbrook Mall, Thunderbird Boulevard, East Mall, and Agronomy Road is filled with nothing but the parkade and B-Lots.

head west along ANY major East-West road (Marine, 41st, 49th->Marine, 16th, Broadway, 4th) and you'll end up on campus.

Along marine, there is parking near the Totem and Vanier res's, and by the path to Wreck Beach (which is by Vanier).
There are also B-Lots located on the North side of campus, although they are very small. There's one by the Rose Garden, and one by the Music building, and I don't remember if there are others cuz I stay on the south side of campus.

and no they dont tow or fine you...
oh btw....b lot parking rate just increased by 50 cents lol

i heard that the b-lots will be closed during the olympics (feb to march) and a lot of road closures around ubc during that time so you better look into it more to plan ahead.

If it'll be closed during school, then I'm screwed |
