looks quite nice and modern though the back reminds me a little of the civic. I wonder how the interior will look

Being owned by the Chinese doesn't mean that all their factory workers will have Wong as their last names. It's still the same Swedish factories and suppliers, same guys doing the tech. Eventually, that might change, but for the next big while that should be the case. Even while it was owned by Ford, it wasn't all Yankee-fied. :p
Then again, I only care about the pre-1997 cars, so yeah. :p

There was a statement released (and posted on here) that basically stated that Geely was going to leave Volvo alone and essentially just give them money. Atleast that's what I understood.
