why not write your own?
as for poems, if you want something that is "similar" to your relationship..i think what you are looking for is a story. but if you want something that is strictly just about loving a girl (no matter the circumstances) ....songs are your best bet.
if anything, look into love quotes. there are some really beautiful ones out there!
