[GodZilla]

I just unboxed the tv set it up and everything works except for the channel up and down button. The tv blinks as if it was changing the channel but remains on the current channel you are on and does not move to the next.

Any idea what might correct this?

EDIT: resolved I reloaded the set up and searched for channels.
