Looked outside the condo this morning and saw this Civic on blocks, maybe somebody's car

I called it in to the Richmond RCMP already, funny how there are a ton of people living in this condo complex and it didn't seem like anyone bothered to report anything, most probably have that mentality of "If it ain't my stuff, it ain't my business"

Looks like they pulled the car away from the curb.

Its a new complex and road so it is actually a deadend at the end of that road with minimal lights so its the perfect place to go and drive a stolen car and strip it without bothered ... too bad I didn't see it when it was happening so I could have called the cops on them and get busted since it is a deadend with 1 way in and out ...

Cops finally showed up after like 2-3 hours ...
