I am looking for a roomate in the condo I rent. $600 (w/ $300 DD) a month and you get an underground parking spot. 1 year old place in Walnut Grove, seconds from the highway, fantastic location. Room is a bit small, but you also have the main bathroom, which is right across from your bedroom, all to yourself!
I can also leave a bed in the 2nd bedroom if you do not have your own. The rest of the place is furnished.
