I am selling my 1990 civic dx hatchback which satisfy all your requirements except the mileage; however, the car still runs strong.

no mechanical problems, you can buy and start to drive right away. With my car's condition, you can probably sell at a higher price to earn $ off the car after you drive it for a couple months.

New timing belt kit, new exedy clutch kit, exhaust job done last week, just got air cared for a year!

By the way, I think that a car with 250,000km on it wouldn't be better than a car with 300,xxx km on it, if the car hasn't replaced a timing kit and clutch, radiator hose and etc, because 250,000km is about the time to do all that services. It costs at least $1000+ to do these services.
