This documentary describes how "JDM" came to be in the west. It focuses on Hondas and in Washington state.

Is it me or does majority of the guys interviewed seem like a bunch of losers? Like the guy who's counting out the number of cars he has owned. I enjoy documentaries about the import scene but this one was hard to watch, shouldn't they interview people that are better spoken and not every other word is "like" and "consuming" or "it comsumes you".

edit: watched through abit more of it, it's actually getting better. They even interviewed cresent from topshift, that's pretty cool.

pretty sweet documentary. the featured cars might be limited to hondas, but the passion runs across all makes and models.
