Looks decent. The front kind of reminds me of a Porsche Cayenne for some reason.

The front end is ugly... they altered the angle of the "mouth" so it's aligned with the lines of the headlights. It distorts the original GT-R look; not to mention there are vents and the lines make the front end look too busy.

Sorry for going off-topic, but it reminded me of how Chargespeed made a bodykit for the Evo X in which they totally altered the angle of the "mouth" to the Audi-styled "top wide, bottom narrow". The result is disaster:
