Dealer offered $4500. $5500 is what I want with the extras for Extra Rim & Tires, and Extra Set of 4 Winter Wheels & Tires. Without these, $5000 is what I want.

August 21, 2009 @ Sounds Good Auto:
- Upgraded Compustar CM1000-A Security System & Wheel Lock Kit = $350
September 9, 2009 @ Advance Motorsport:
- Timing Belt, Tensioner, Water Pump, Valve Cover Gasket, Reflushed Coolant = $530
have a spare tire which is the actual rims and same tires with the car; thus, there are 5 equal wheels & tires included – not the black steel wheels as spares.
Also, have 4 matching winter steel tires and separate wheels for this car to drive in the Winter.
Issue:
- 3rd Gear Sychro worn out; need new 3rd gear Synchro (costs $460 installed from Advance Motorsports
o Originally scheduled to fix on Nov 2, 2009 @ Advance Motorsport, but drives fine without 3rd
No water leaks or any other hidden surprises!
No Engine or Transmission oil leaks at all!
Clutch is good with no slipping at all
Doesn't burn oil either. Car’s great shape, runs clean and pulls very hard
Interior is clean in and out
DOES NOT NEED A TUNE-UP OF ANY SORT FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS!! BEST SHAPE CIVIC IN VANCOUVER!
