I know this might be a strange question, but I'm wondering approximately how much larger muscles get when you flex them.
I realize that different muscle groups might swell more or less, but I'm curious if anyone has a ballpark

+1 pretty sure there is no change in volume. it's just shortening/contracting during flexion.

If you flex, then you are contracting, which will make them look smaller. therefore the volume decreases!

stop flexing your 10" noodle arms in front of the mirror. cut that out of your workout and add in ass to ground squats. there, i just did you a favour.
